The attached letter is an update on the Stonehaven Harbour Development Feasibility Study and we invite you to send any comments you have to

STP has launched its second round of consultation about Stonehaven’s iconic (but currently empty) Court House building in Dunnottar Avenue.  The nine-page document sets out a range of possibilities for the use of the building, and suggests some proposals to progress.

 

All members of the public are asked to read the document and offer their comments as soon as possible.   The document is available for download here.   Furthermore, if anyone would like to offer help in progressing these ideas to improve the town, they should contact any STP Trustee.

Stonehaven Town Partnership has been granted the status of Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

The SCIO is a legal form that has been purpose built for the charity sector in Scotland. It provides limited liability and separate legal identity to organisations that want to become charities but do not want or need the complex structure of company law. SCIOs are regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) and do not need to register with Companies House.
